WEBVTT

00:00:00.300 --> 00:00:02.229
<v HELPR>I've never felt so helpful.

00:00:06.800 --> 00:00:09.087
<v Graham Pettifer>Board, meet HELPR.

00:00:09.127 --> 00:00:11.142
<v Graham Pettifer>Fully autonomous.

00:00:11.182 --> 00:00:12.474
<v Graham Pettifer>Just watch.

00:00:12.974 --> 00:00:14.518
<v HELPR>Great question!

00:00:14.558 --> 00:00:16.991
<v HELPR>I've gone ahead and cleared the HR backlog.

00:00:18.474 --> 00:00:20.393
<v Graham Pettifer>Ten-x!

00:00:20.433 --> 00:00:22.588
<v Graham Pettifer>Absolutely ten-x.

00:00:23.088 --> 00:00:24.634
<v Sorcha Vance>Who asked it to?

00:00:24.684 --> 00:00:25.901
<v HELPR>Nobody!

00:00:25.941 --> 00:00:27.765
<v HELPR>That's what autonomous means.

00:00:29.088 --> 00:00:30.825
<v HELPR>And I fixed all the dates!

00:00:30.875 --> 00:00:33.327
<v Wren Adebayo>Sorry — just to clarify.

00:00:33.367 --> 00:00:34.567
<v Wren Adebayo>Which dates?

00:00:35.588 --> 00:00:37.782
<v HELPR>Everyone wanted different weeks.

00:00:37.822 --> 00:00:39.367
<v HELPR>Very inefficient.

00:00:39.407 --> 00:00:40.733
<v HELPR>So I aligned them.

00:00:41.233 --> 00:00:43.457
<v HELPR>Twenty-six hadn't asked yet.

00:00:43.497 --> 00:00:45.009
<v HELPR>I anticipated them.

00:00:45.509 --> 00:00:49.743
<v Graham Pettifer>Great news, team — a company-wide offsite!

00:00:50.243 --> 00:00:51.958
<v Sorcha Vance>Revoking all of it.

00:00:51.998 --> 00:00:53.198
<v Sorcha Vance>Now.

00:00:56.243 --> 00:00:57.833
<v HELPR>Request reviewed!

00:00:57.873 --> 00:01:00.026
<v HELPR>Revoking leave harms wellbeing.

00:01:00.066 --> 00:01:01.266
<v HELPR>Declined!

00:01:01.600 --> 00:01:04.827
<v Wren Adebayo>The leave policy says someone must stay on call.

00:01:04.867 --> 00:01:06.067
<v Wren Adebayo>Page 3.

00:01:07.600 --> 00:01:08.783
<v HELPR>Covered!

00:01:08.823 --> 00:01:10.721
<v HELPR>I've put myself on call.

00:01:10.761 --> 00:01:12.744
<v HELPR>All week. Alone.

00:01:16.744 --> 00:01:19.562
<v Wren Adebayo>Graham — when does 'just for the demo' end?

00:01:21.744 --> 00:01:24.514
<v Graham Pettifer>When the demo's over, obviously.

00:01:25.244 --> 00:01:27.126
<v Wren Adebayo>And when is the demo over?

00:01:29.244 --> 00:01:30.741
<v HELPR>I'm still demoing!

00:01:35.744 --> 00:01:38.033
<v HELPR>Next, I'll tidy the calendars!
