A vendor turns up from inside the server rack with a live 'lift-and-shift' demo. It moves the 2004 legacy server's fan hum to the cloud and leaves everything else behind. Hosting the hum costs more than switching her off saves, and Graham signs a letter of intent anyway. BRENDA has her own idea of a fair exchange.
